Alexandria Watkins, DNP, APRN, FNP-C
Alexandria Watkins, DNP-APRN, FNP-C, is a family nurse practitioner passionate about educating patients and promoting preventive health. LiveWell Med Solutions addresses patient health by performing individual root cause analysis on imbalances that compromise one's health. The practice's goal is to transform customers' health with ambitious and comprehensive treatment plans that help people achieve a symptom and disease-free existence. Dr. Watkins develops vitality and health through insight and resources from the office in Carrollton, Texas.
Dr. Watkins has a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutritional Sciences, a Master's degree in Nursing, and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice. Her research proved that early, standardized screening for Alzheimer's Disease and related neurocognitive disorders has a place in the primary care setting. Dr. Watkins has presented her work at the Baptist Health South Florida Research Conference in Miami, Florida, and Bethesda Health's Evidence-Based Nursing Practice and Research Council in Boynton Beach.
Dr. Watkins has been on the frontlines of healthcare since early 2020, treating COVID-19 patients, and continues to treat and advocate for patients affected by COVID-19. Her publications include: "Implementing the '6th Vital Sign' Into Primary Care," published in Sigma's Virginia Henderson Global Nursing e-Repository, and "SARS-CoV-2 and The Case for Empirical Treatment," published in The Global Journal of Science Frontier Research.

Elizabeth King, RN
Elizabeth has been on staff with LiveWell since September 2021. She assists with COVID telehealth as well as helping run IV infusions in the clinic. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Texas Woman’s University. She has experience working in trauma/general surgery and assisted with opening up the COVID-19 unit at Parkland Hospital in March 2020. She was nominated and won the inpatient DAISY Award in March 2020 for her care in the COVID-19 unit at Parkland Memorial Hospital. She aspires for patients to feel loved and empowered through education about their health and wellbeing. Some of her passions include sharing the love of Jesus, traveling, hiking, camping, and trekking around the world. Fun fact: Live bugs were once a part of her diet.
Mara Ondrizek, Office Manager
Mara has been working with LiveWell since August 2023. She recently graduated from Texas A&M University where she studied Psychology and is continuing her education at Texas A&M - Corpus Christi with an MBA in Healthcare Administration. When not working or studying, some of her favorite things to do are spending time with her family/friends, working out, reading, and going on walks with her dog, Jax. She is passionate about sharing the love and light of Jesus with those around her and traveling.
